Damaged or Faulty Product

If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty please email us within 30 days at hello@sestraselfcare.com with your order details and some photos of the damage caused. We will then organise either a refund or replacement as soon as possible.

 

Change of Mind

If you have changed your mind with a product that you have purchased once you received them. In this case, we can only accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchasing. Return shipping will also be at the cost of the customer and you will assume all risk for lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit. Email the team at hello@sestraselfcare.com to check that you will qualify for a refund before sending back.

 

Adverse Reactions

In the unlikely event that one of our products has caused a reaction on your skin, please email us at hello@sestraselfcare.com right away with your order details so we can investigate further. Our team will then advise on the next steps from there. Our products have a shelf life of 12 months but once opened they are to be used within 6 months, so if your product has exceeded this period, we do recommend ceasing use right away as we can’t guarantee the results after this time.
